We need to focus on are the things that take away from your happiness. I know it’s sounds simple, but it blows my mind how many people just don’t get rid of the things that make them unhappy. The author of happiness hypothesis has given a few common things that take away people’s happiness. Noise, commute time, lack of control, shame, dysfunctional relationships. A lot of people assume that they just have to live with these things, and there this is just a part of life. But a lot of these things can be easily fixed.
